Future Shop suddenly closed half of their stores over the weekend, while the rest are being converted into their parent company 'Best Buy'.  This leads to how retailers are facing growth issues across both online & in-store platforms. It has been seen over the past few years that Best Buy has been making the transition to smaller stores, Keith McIntyre discusses with Hollie Shaw at The National Post how retailers are needing to conduct extensive research about their customer base to determine best sellers at different locations.
